does anyone know anything about the Great Ouse from huntingdon town centre to hartford, i am told i can fish it on a day ticket but have not got a clue how to go about it, i have a ron thompson feeder rod which i thought i could use with either pellet or worm, anyone got any suggestions, if so i would be really grateful, cheers fellas.

Your set up sounds ok. Best thing to do is contact local takle shops with regards to tickets. They should also be able to give you some advice on tactics, baits etc.
